Michael Papandrea launched his culinary journey at the age of 13, working in bustling kitchens on Long Island. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he sharpened his skills at New York’s iconic La Caravelle before transitioning to a role as a chef instructor, where he shared his expertise with aspiring chefs. Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Michael’s Restaurant in the Hamptons, celebrated for its innovative cuisine, and Michael’s 1870 Wedding Mansion, renowned for its exceptional events and dining.

An award-winning alumnus of the New England Culinary Institute, Michael has also been a dedicated member of Frankfort’s Kiwanis Club, contributing to community initiatives. Now turning his focus to a new venture, he combines his creativity and leadership as the owner of The New Lawn Guy, continuing his legacy of excellence in a different arena.
