A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he refined his skills at New York’s prestigious La Caravelle before becoming a chef instructor. Michael later established Michael’s Restaurant in the Hamptons and Michael’s 1870 Wedding Mansion, earning acclaim for memorable dining experiences. An award-winning New England Culinary Institute graduate and dedicated member of Frankfort’s Kiwanis Club, he now explores new horizons as the owner of The New Lawn Guy.
